“订单班”是目前高职教育中一种校企合作办学模式。学校按照“订单”企业对人才需求规格，有目标、有针对性地为企业培养人才。为了让“订单班”学生尽快完成从“学生”到“企业员工”的角色转变，把企业文化与“订单”班文化相融合，建设“订单”班特色文化是高职院校班级文化建设的必然趋势。

“정단반”시목전고직교육중일충교기합작판학모식。학교안조“정단”기업대인재수구규격，유목표、유침대성지위기업배양인재。위료양“정단반”학생진쾌완성종“학생”도“기업원공”적각색전변，파기업문화여“정단”반문화상융합，건설“정단”반특색문화시고직원교반급문화건설적필연추세。
The "order class" is a kind of school-enterprise cooperation mode in higher vocational colleges at present. In accordance with the requirement of "orders" enterprise specification, the school cultivates talents for the enterprise with an aim. In order to let the "order class" students complete the transition as soon as possible fromthe "student" to the role of"employees", integrate the enterprise culture and the "order class" culture, it is the inevitable trend of higher vocational college class culture construction to construct "order class" culture.
