在单因素考察的基础上采用正交试验设计,对正交试验的结果进行了极差分析和方差分析,系统地研究了NaOH的质量分数、物料比、碱浸时间和碱浸温度对水玻璃模数的影响。然后用油浴代替水浴,提高制备水玻璃的温度,并对优化后的制备条件进行了单因素和正交试验的研究。结果表明,最优方案为NaOH溶液质量分数为10%,物料比为1∶3,碱浸时间为4 h,碱浸温度为150℃。最优方案下制得的水玻璃模数为2.4128。

On the basis of the above single factor investigation by orthogonal test, the results of the orthogonal test were analyzed with range analysis and variance analysis, and the effects of the mass fraction of NaOH, material ratio of the NaOH solution, alkali leaching time and alkali leaching temperature on the modulus of sodium silicate were studied. Then in order to improve the temperature of the preparation of sodium silicate, the water bath was replaced by the oil bath. And the single factor and orthogonal test were researched on the optimized preparation conditions. The results show the optimal solution for the mass fraction of 10% NaOH solution, material ratio o∶f 31, alkali leaching time 4 h, and alkali leaching temperature 150℃. The modulus of sodium silicate prepared, was 2.4128 on the optimal experiment condition.
