2008年美国次贷危机后，美国高调重返亚太，在经济、军事、外交等方面全方位给中国施压：经济上加入并主导TPP、加强其东亚同盟体系、叫嚣“中国威胁论”，使中国周边外交遭受严峻挑战。美国重返亚太后，东亚地区局势不断紧张。在局势紧张之下，中国应该根据局势发展调整周边外交政策，从中美关系入手，以经济合作为基础，与邻国外交为重点，以公共外交为辅助，从各方面消除美国重返亚太给中国造成的不利影响，以保障中国国家利益，维持东亚地区和平与稳定。
2008年美國次貸危機後，美國高調重返亞太，在經濟、軍事、外交等方麵全方位給中國施壓：經濟上加入併主導TPP、加彊其東亞同盟體繫、叫囂“中國威脅論”，使中國週邊外交遭受嚴峻挑戰。美國重返亞太後，東亞地區跼勢不斷緊張。在跼勢緊張之下，中國應該根據跼勢髮展調整週邊外交政策，從中美關繫入手，以經濟閤作為基礎，與鄰國外交為重點，以公共外交為輔助，從各方麵消除美國重返亞太給中國造成的不利影響，以保障中國國傢利益，維持東亞地區和平與穩定。
2008년미국차대위궤후，미국고조중반아태，재경제、군사、외교등방면전방위급중국시압：경제상가입병주도TPP、가강기동아동맹체계、규효“중국위협론”，사중국주변외교조수엄준도전。미국중반아태후，동아지구국세불단긴장。재국세긴장지하，중국응해근거국세발전조정주변외교정책，종중미관계입수，이경제합작위기출，여린국외교위중점，이공공외교위보조，종각방면소제미국중반아태급중국조성적불리영향，이보장중국국가이익，유지동아지구화평여은정。
After the U.S.subprime mortgage crisis in 2008, the U.S.returned to the Asia-Pacific region, imposing economic , military and diplomatic pressure on China .The U.S.joined and dominated the TPP , strength-ened its East Asia Allies and disseminated the China Threat Theory , seriously challenging China ’ s peripheral diplo-macy and straining the situation of East Asia .To eradicate the disadvantages caused by the American re -entry into the Aisa-Pacific region, China should adjust its relations with the U .S., strengthen the economic cooperation , pay attention to the peripheral diplomacy with the public diplomacy as an aid , so as to ensure its national interest and maintain the peace and stability in East Asia .
