粉笔作为教育教学的重要工具，在给我们带来便捷的同时也带来了诸多隐性伤害。就此设计了自除粉笔灰装置，介绍了其设计原理、结构方案等。该装置利用挤压收缩惯性去除粉笔灰，具有重力沉降的收尘机制。实验表明：该装置除灰效果好，制作成本低廉，有很强推广价值。

Chalk , as an important tool in teaching , brings not only convenience but also invisible harm for us.Therefore, the writer designed a kind of chalk tray self -cleaning device and introduced its design principles and structural scheme .In this scheme , micro-motor was applied in the chalk tray cleaning device which wipes off the chalk tray with the inertia of extrusion and contraction .Experiments show that this device is very effective in dust-clraning and has low cost so that it has high promotion value .
