随着中国革命、建设、改革的发展，党引导青年成才和发挥青年才能的思想实践，也不断发展演变。国民革命时期，党的青年成才观开始萌芽。土地革命、抗日战争、解放战争时期，党的青年成才观逐步成熟，并得到有效运用。社会主义革命和建设时期，党的青年成才观开始转型。＂文化大革命＂和徘徊时期，党的青年成才观被扭曲。改革开放后，党的青年成才观得以回归和进一步升华。实践证明，当党的青年成才观正确时，青年就进步，党的事业就发展；当党的青年成才观偏差时，青年就走上曲折发展道路。

Along with the evolvement of revolution,construction and reform in China,Chinese Communist Party’s practice on guiding youngster to their prime and revealing their talent is developing all the times.How to estimate whether a young person reaches his prime?What and how a talent can be cultivated?In these fundamental questions,Chinese Communist Party’s opinion on youth outlook has gradually improved.When Chinese Communist Party holds a correct view,the young-sters step forward,and the party makes progress;when it holds a converse view,the youth will go on a tortuous road.Sum-marizing on Chinese Communist Party’s view of youth outlook is beneficial for human resource development in China,and inspires us in breaking through youth employment problem,so to guide youngsters to be socialist constructers.
