目的：观察天麻钩藤饮治疗脑中风疗效。方法：60例患者为治疗组，并与基本条件匹配的对照组60例进行比较，对照组以常规西药和中成药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用天麻钩藤饮为主方，根据不同的情况进行加味。结果：治疗组优于对照组。结论：天麻钩藤饮治疗脑中风效果显著。
목적：관찰천마구등음치료뇌중풍료효。방법：60례환자위치료조，병여기본조건필배적대조조60례진행비교，대조조이상규서약화중성약치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상가용천마구등음위주방，근거불동적정황진행가미。결과：치료조우우대조조。결론：천마구등음치료뇌중풍효과현저。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Yin for stroke. Methods: 60 patients was in treatment group and 60 in the control group matched with the basic conditions receiving conventional western medicine and TCM medicine, the treatment group was treated mainly based on the increase with Tianma Gouteng Yin, depending on the situation flavored. Results: Effects in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Tianma Gouteng Yin for stroke is remarkable.
