目的:探讨黄芩黄酮A对脊髓损伤后炎症反应作用。方法:提取黄芩黄酮A。选40例大鼠建立SD大鼠脊髓损伤动物模型,随机分为两组:对照组为单纯脊髓损伤,术后腹腔注入适量生理盐水;实验组为脊髓损伤加黄芩黄酮A处理。结果:对照组大鼠脊髓内丙二醛的浓度不断升高,超氧化物歧化酶活性急剧下降。实验组丙二醛浓度降低,超氧化物歧化酶活性升高。伤后前2周内两组无明显差异,第3周末实验组神经功能恢复率高与对照组。结论:本课题研究黄芩黄酮A可显著抑制细胞内白三烯B4,白三烯C4的生物合成,显著影响白细胞的多种功能发挥抗炎作用,对神经功能评分并对大鼠脊髓组织内不同时相丙二醛浓度与超氧化物歧化酶活性的改变明显。

목적:탐토황금황동A대척수손상후염증반응작용。방법:제취황금황동A。선40례대서건립SD대서척수손상동물모형,수궤분위량조:대조조위단순척수손상,술후복강주입괄량생리염수;실험조위척수손상가황금황동A처리。결과:대조조대서척수내병이철적농도불단승고,초양화물기화매활성급극하강。실험조병이철농도강저,초양화물기화매활성승고。상후전2주내량조무명현차이,제3주말실험조신경공능회복솔고여대조조。결론:본과제연구황금황동A가현저억제세포내백삼희B4,백삼희C4적생물합성,현저영향백세포적다충공능발휘항염작용,대신경공능평분병대대서척수조직내불동시상병이철농도여초양화물기화매활성적개변명현。
Objective: To investigate reactions of Huangqin Huangtong A for spinal cord injury. Methods: Extracting Huangqin Huangtong A; 40 rats with spinal cord injury, established as animal model, were randomly divided into two groups: the control group spinal cord injuried and injected with NS into abdominal after surgery; experimental groups was given Huangqin Huangtong A after spinal cord Injury. Results: In the control group, MDA of spinal cord continued to rise, superoxide dismutase activity declined sharply; in the experimental group, MDA decreased, superoxide dismutase activity increased. In first 2 weeks of injury,there was no significant difference between the two groups, at the third weekends, neurological function recovery rate in the experimental group was better than that in control group. Conclusion: This study showed Huangqin Huangtong A could obviously restrain leukotriene B4 and leukotriene C4, significantly affect multiple functions of leukocytes. Huangqin Huangtong A can obviously improve nerve function score, MDA concentration and superoxide dismutase in different times.
