2型糖尿病属中医消渴病范畴，临证往往拘泥三消辩证，但因之无症状者居多，尤其是初诊病人，几乎无证可辩，难以准确遣方用药。笔者临床观察发现：消渴病体质分型中以痰湿体质为主，而痰湿体质与胰岛素抵抗密切相关，本文通过温运太阴法改善患者痰湿体质，以有效治疗消渴病，并从理论依据及临床疗效两方面分析“重体质，轻症状”在消渴病治疗中的临床体会。（红笔标注的部分即为文章的写作目的及主要内容呢，望审核）
