目的：探讨双歧杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为观察组（34例）和对照组（28例），分别给予莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌和单一莫沙必利治疗，观察2组疗效。结果观察组排便周期明显缩短，排便困难程度评分和大便性状评分较治疗前明显改善（P<0.01）；对照组排便周期较治疗前缩短（P<0.05），大便性状以及排便困难程度较治疗前无明显变化（P>0.05）；2组治疗后上述指标比较均有显著差异（P<0.01）。结论双歧杆菌联合莫沙必利治疗老年功能性便秘疗效好，便秘症状改善明显，值得推广。
목적：탐토쌍기간균연합막사필리치료노년공능성편비적림상료효。방법장62례환자수궤분위관찰조（34례）화대조조（28례），분별급여막사비리연합쌍기간균화단일막사필리치료，관찰2조료효。결과관찰조배편주기명현축단，배편곤난정도평분화대편성상평분교치료전명현개선（P<0.01）；대조조배편주기교치료전축단（P<0.05），대편성상이급배편곤난정도교치료전무명현변화（P>0.05）；2조치료후상술지표비교균유현저차이（P<0.01）。결론쌍기간균연합막사필리치료노년공능성편비료효호，편비증상개선명현，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined Bifidobacterium with mosapride in the treatment of elderly functional constipation. Methods 62 cases of patients were divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(28 cases)randomly,and treated with mosapride combined Bifidobacterium and single mosapride respectively,then, the curative effect of two groups was observed. Results In the observation group,the defecation cycle was shortened,the character score of defecation and defecation difficulty was markedly improved than those before treatment,the differences of above index between groups and inter-group were statistically significant(P<0.01 or 0.001). In the control group,defecation cycle was shorten after treatment (P<0.05),however,the character of defecation and difficult defecation level was not significantly improved (P>0.05).Conclusion Combined Bifidobacterium and mosapride in the treatment of elderly functional constipation,curative effect was good, and constipation symptoms improved significantly.
