目的：探讨阿奇霉素序贯治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法随机将80例支原体肺炎患儿分成治疗组42例，对照组38例，治疗组采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗，对照组采用常规的红霉素治疗。观察2组治疗后的临床症状和肺部体征变化，用药前后胸片检查及治疗过程中的不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组比较，有显著统计学差异（P<0.01）。结论阿奇霉素序贯治疗支原体肺炎具有快速、高效、不良反应少等优点，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토아기매소서관치료지원체폐염적림상료효。방법수궤장80례지원체폐염환인분성치료조42례，대조조38례，치료조채용아기매소서관치료，대조조채용상규적홍매소치료。관찰2조치료후적림상증상화폐부체정변화，용약전후흉편검사급치료과정중적불량반응。결과치료조총유효솔여대조조비교，유현저통계학차이（P<0.01）。결론아기매소서관치료지원체폐염구유쾌속、고효、불량반응소등우점，치득림상추엄。
Objective Exploring the clinical effects of Azithromycine Sequential Therapy in treating MP pneumonia. Methods Dividing 80cases of MP pneumonia patients into two groups, i.e, 42 in treatment group, 38 in contrastive group;The former is treated with Azithromycine Sequential Therapy and the latter with erythromycin. During and after treatment, observations are made on clinical symptoms, changes in pneumonia signs, untoward effects. A contrastive study is also made on the chest X-ray taken before and after treatment. Results There is a significant difference in terms of efficiency between the two groups P<0.01. Conclusion The treatment of MP pneumonia with Azithromycine sequential therapy saves time and is efficient with little side effect.
