采用气相抑菌法测定了香茅油、松节油、桉叶油、珊瑚姜油、椒样薄荷油、青花椒油和迷迭香油7种植物精油对桔青霉菌(penicilliumcitrinum Thom.)的抑制效果。结果表明,松节油和香茅油抑菌效果最好,在体积比浓度为1μL/mL时可完全抑制桔青霉菌生长,桉叶油和珊瑚姜油效果次之,分别在2和4μL/mL时完全抑制桔青霉菌生长,椒样薄荷油和花椒油效果较差,在4μL/mL时仍有少量霉菌生长,而迷迭香油在4μL/mL时仍有较多菌落生长。
採用氣相抑菌法測定瞭香茅油、鬆節油、桉葉油、珊瑚薑油、椒樣薄荷油、青花椒油和迷迭香油7種植物精油對桔青黴菌(penicilliumcitrinum Thom.)的抑製效果。結果錶明,鬆節油和香茅油抑菌效果最好,在體積比濃度為1μL/mL時可完全抑製桔青黴菌生長,桉葉油和珊瑚薑油效果次之,分彆在2和4μL/mL時完全抑製桔青黴菌生長,椒樣薄荷油和花椒油效果較差,在4μL/mL時仍有少量黴菌生長,而迷迭香油在4μL/mL時仍有較多菌落生長。
채용기상억균법측정료향모유、송절유、안협유、산호강유、초양박하유、청화초유화미질향유7충식물정유대길청매균(penicilliumcitrinum Thom.)적억제효과。결과표명,송절유화향모유억균효과최호,재체적비농도위1μL/mL시가완전억제길청매균생장,안협유화산호강유효과차지,분별재2화4μL/mL시완전억제길청매균생장,초양박하유화화초유효과교차,재4μL/mL시잉유소량매균생장,이미질향유재4μL/mL시잉유교다균락생장。
Gaseous inhibition method was used to measure the inhibition activity of 7 kinds of plant essential oil on Penicillium citrinum Thom.,including citronella oil,turpentine,eucalyptus oil,coral ginger oil,peppermint oil,blue and white pepper oil,rosemary oil. The results showed that turpentine and citronella oil had the best inhibition effect,where the volume fraction of 1μL/mL can completely inhibit the growth of Penicilliumcitrinum Thom. The effects of eucalyptus oil and coral ginger oil were weaker,the Penicilliumcitrinum Thom. could be cleared under the volume fraction of 2 to 4μL/mL. Peppermint oil, blue and white pepper oil were followed,small amount of Penicilliumcitrinum Thom. were still grew while the volume frac-tion at 4μL/mL. The inhibition effect of rosemary oil was the worst,larger Penicilliumcitrinum Thom. were alive while the volume fraction at 4μL/mL.
