采用水蒸气蒸馏法，对干布枯叶中挥发油进行提取，测得干布枯叶中的挥发油提取率为0．3‰。并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发成分进行分析鉴定，鉴定出23种化学成分，应用峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对百分比。水蒸气蒸馏法提取的干布枯叶挥发油中主要含棕榈酸（38．49％）、亚油酸（36．80％）、叶绿醇（4．64％）、硬脂酸（4．27％）、植酮（2．35％）、肉豆蔻酸（1．38％）等。

The volatile oil was obtained from dry Buchu leaf by steam distillation method with the yield of 0 .3‰ . Twenty-three components were identified by GC-MS,the relative contents of which were determined with area normalization method. The results showed that the main components in oil of dry buchu leaf were hexadecanoic acid (38. 49% ),linoleic acid (36.80% ),phytol (4.64% ),octadecanoic acid (4.27% ),perhydrofarnesyl acetone (2.35% ),and myristic acid (1 .38% ).
