胰岛素(insulin)及其信号传导途径在细胞中发挥调节糖、脂肪和蛋白质代谢,影响生物的生长、代谢、生殖、衰老等功能[1]。自首个昆虫类胰岛素-家蚕素(Bombyxin)在家蚕体内被发现以来,其结构、分布、调控基因、分泌控制及其在生理学上的功能已部分被阐明。家蚕素一级结构与人胰岛素大约有40%的同源性,主要在家蚕脑组织中表达,其代谢调控作用等相关研究已取得较大进展。本文将在相关文献基础上对家蚕素信号通路及其在调控家蚕代谢、生长及发育的研究进展上做一综述。
胰島素(insulin)及其信號傳導途徑在細胞中髮揮調節糖、脂肪和蛋白質代謝,影響生物的生長、代謝、生殖、衰老等功能[1]。自首箇昆蟲類胰島素-傢蠶素(Bombyxin)在傢蠶體內被髮現以來,其結構、分佈、調控基因、分泌控製及其在生理學上的功能已部分被闡明。傢蠶素一級結構與人胰島素大約有40%的同源性,主要在傢蠶腦組織中錶達,其代謝調控作用等相關研究已取得較大進展。本文將在相關文獻基礎上對傢蠶素信號通路及其在調控傢蠶代謝、生長及髮育的研究進展上做一綜述。

Insulin and its signal transduction pathways play very important roles in the regulation of the grow th ,metabolism ,reproduction and aging of organisms .Bombyxin ,the first insulin-like substance from an insect ,was discovered in silkworm (Bombyx mori) .Since then ,its structure ,distribution ,regulating genes ,secretion control and physiological functions have been studied .The primary structure of bombyxin shares about 40% identity with that of hu-man insulin and its genes are expressed predominantly in the brain .At present ,considerable progress has been made of its metabolic regulation and control functions .Based on the literature a-vailable ,this paper makes a review of the recent advances in the research of the signaling pathways of bombyxin and its regulation of the metabolism ,growth and development in silkworm .
