在对重庆磁器口古镇金碧社区进行实地走访调研后，总结社区优势及危机，将其定义为山地城市空巢社区，提出以“活化石”为概念进行有机更新。“活化石”指空巢社区在借助现有旅游资源进行有机更新，使之重新发展和繁荣的过程中，注重延续社区固有的文脉。根据“活化石”概念的要求，应做到在改善居住环境的同时，合理利用马鞍山社区现有旅游资源，与建设“旅游型新型城镇化”有机结合，强调保留老重庆原住民的生活韵味，并向大众展示。有机更新中应坚持政府控制，同时加大居民参与比例。分“整合社区结构，提升安全系数；整合景观，打造游览路线；植入新型业态，完善磁器口业态，提升人气；增加与工厂片区的联系”四步走。

On the basis of field investigation of Jinbi community in Ciqikou, this paper summarized the advantages and crisis of this community, deifnes it as empty nest community in mountain cities, and proposes the concept of “living fossil” to organic renewal. “Living fossil” refers to the organic renewal of empty nest community via current tourism resources in order to make it attach great importance to the inherent context in the process of development and prosperity. The concept of “living fossil” requires to improving living environment, making use of existing tourism resources of Ma’anshan, combining with the construction of new tourism urbanization, paying attention to reserving the appeal of old Chongqing people, and showing it to the public. Organic renewal should stick to the government control, and encourage more residents to participate in it. The organic renewal adopt the following measures: integrating community structure and improving safety coefifcient; landscape integration and building tour routes; implanting new formats to perfect the forms of Ciqikou; increasing the links with the factory area.
