针对铁矿提升机系统的调速不连续、制动不安全、效率低等问题,提出一种基于变频调速的控制方案。系统采用 PLC 为核心控制平台,采用基于变频器的提升机控制系统,应用工控机与 PLC 进行网络通讯,实现多画面监控,达到监控的目的,提高了系统运行的可靠性和安全性。
針對鐵礦提升機繫統的調速不連續、製動不安全、效率低等問題,提齣一種基于變頻調速的控製方案。繫統採用 PLC 為覈心控製平檯,採用基于變頻器的提升機控製繫統,應用工控機與 PLC 進行網絡通訊,實現多畫麵鑑控,達到鑑控的目的,提高瞭繫統運行的可靠性和安全性。

In view of the problem of the iron ore mine hoist of discontinuity of speed regulation、braking insecurity, low efficiency,this paper puts forward a control scheme based on variable frequency speed regulation. The system u-ses PLC as the core control platform and elevator control system based on inverter,with the network communication between the industrial PC and PLC,to realize the monitor of more images and achieve the purpose of monitoring. The system improves the reliability and security of the system operation.
