利用生产高炉冶炼参数,计算得到不同焦炭溶损反应起始温度下的高炉操作线,分析了焦炭溶损反应起始温度对高炉冶炼和技术经济指标的影响。结果表明:焦炭溶损反应起始温度对高炉操作参数有显著影响。随着焦炭溶损反应起始温度的降低,高炉还原剂消耗降低,炉顶煤气利用率提高,直接还原度降低。
利用生產高爐冶煉參數,計算得到不同焦炭溶損反應起始溫度下的高爐操作線,分析瞭焦炭溶損反應起始溫度對高爐冶煉和技術經濟指標的影響。結果錶明:焦炭溶損反應起始溫度對高爐操作參數有顯著影響。隨著焦炭溶損反應起始溫度的降低,高爐還原劑消耗降低,爐頂煤氣利用率提高,直接還原度降低。

Base on the smelting parameters of blast furnace , the blaster furnace operating lines with different starting temperature of coke solution loss reaction were derived .The effect of staring tempera-ture of coke solution loss reaction on smelting parameters and technical -economical index was ana-lyzed.The results indicated that starting temperature of coke reaction was discovered to has a signifi -cant impact on carbon consumption in BF .With the increasing of initial reaction temperature , reduc-tion agent consumption and degree of direct reduction in BF decreased and simultaneously , utilization ratio increased.
