建立了ICP–AES法同时测定食品包装铝箔中锌、铅、镉、砷溶出量的方法。以4%乙酸溶液浸泡样品,室温放置24 h,分析线为Zn 213.856,Pb 220.353,Cd 226.502,As 193.759 nm。Zn,Pb,Cd,As的线性范围分别为0.3~5.0,0.1~2.0,0.01~0.2,0.03~0.5 mg/L,线性方程分别为Y=23487.27X+769.79,Y=6713.35X+38.46,Y=30562.52X+362.02, Y=6448.97X+13.57;相关系数分别为0.9999,0.9998,0.9999,0.9995;检出限分别为0.0096,0.0037,0.0004,0.0139 mg/L;加标回收率为96.5%~100.5%;相对标准偏差为1.38%~3.06%(n=6)。该方法简便快速,测定结果准确。

ICP–AES method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Zn, Pb, Cd, As, which released from food packaging aluminum foil. The sample was extracted with 4%acetic acid, placed at the room temperature for 24 h. The analytical spectral lines were Zn 213.856,Pb 220.353,Cd 226.502,As 193.759 nm. The results showed that the linear rang of 4 elements were 0.3–5.0, 0.1–2.0, 0.01–0.2, 0.03–0.5 mg/L, and the linear equations were Y=23 487.27X+769.79, Y=6 713.35X+38.46, Y=30 562.52X+362.02, Y=6 448.97X+13.57 with correlation coefficients of 0.999 5, 0.999 8, 0.999 9, 0.999 9, and the detection limits were 0.009 6, 0.003 7, 0.000 4, 0.013 9 mg/L for Zn, Pb, Cd, As, respectively. The spiked recoveries ranged from 96.5%to 100.5%with relative standard deviations of 1.38%–3.06%(n=6). The results demonstrated that the method was simple, rapid and accurate.
