采用盐酸酸化乙腈提取草莓中二噻农残留,提取溶液经无水硫酸钠和PSA净化后,利用安捷伦Poroshell 120 EC–C18色谱柱进行分离,以甲醇–水(体积比20∶80,含5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液)作为流动相,ESI负离子模式下进行液相色谱–四极杆串联质谱分析。结果表明,在10~200μg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好,r2>0.9998,平均回收率为71.8%~78.3%,相对标准偏差小于5%(n=6),方法定量限为5μg/kg。该方法简单快速,可满足新鲜草莓中二噻农残留检测工作的需要。

Dithianon residue was extracted with acidic acetonitrile,the extract was purified by anhydrous sodium sulfate and PSA powder,and separated by Agilent Poroshell 120 EC–C18 column with methanol–water (volum ratio was 20∶80,containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate) as the mobile phase,and then determined by using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry under ESI negative ion mode. The linear relationship was fine in the range of 10–200 μg/L for dithianon, the relative coefficients r2<0.999 8. The recovery was 71.8%–78.3%with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 5%(n=6),and the quantification limit was 5 μg/kg. The developed method is simple, fast and can meet the requirements of determining dithianon in fresh strawberry.
