By using the questionnaire method and interview method, and taking five higher vocational colleges as the study objects, and through the data analysis, this paper studies the present state, existing problems and cultivation measures and ways of the team of double-qualified teachers in Shanxi’s higher vocational colleges from aspects of double-qualified teachers’ number, age level, professional titles proportion, educational background structure and part-time teachers, etc.
