目的:建立板蓝根泡腾片浸膏中腺苷和(R,S)-告依春含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱仪Waters 2695-2487;Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流动相:甲醇-水(10∶90);流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长:255 nm。结果:精密度和稳定性均良好,腺苷的质量浓度在1.012μg/mL~30.36μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,r=1,平均回收率为96.7%,RSD为1.1%;(R,S)-告依春的质量浓度在2.042μg/mL~61.26μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,r=1,平均回收率为97.9%,RSD为0.7%。结论:该法简便快速,结果准确,重复性好,可作为板蓝根泡腾片浸膏的质量控制方法。

Purpose : To establish a method for the determination of adenosine and (R,S)-goitrin of extract of effervescent tablet of Isatis indigotica fort by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatograph). Methods: The chromatographic conditions:HPLC Waters 2695-2487; Diamonsil C18 analytic chromatographic column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);column temperature:30℃;the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (10:90);eluted at a rate of 1.0 mL/min;the wavelength for detection:255 nm. Results:The precision and stability were fine.The standard curves of adenosine was linear in the concentration range of 1.012μg/mL~30.36 μg/mL,r=1; the average recovery was 96.7%,with RSD of 1.1%. And the standard curves of (R,S)-goitrin was linear in the concentration range of 2.042μg/mL~61.26μg/mL,r=1;the average recovery was 97.9% with RSD of 0.7%. Conclusion: This method was sensitive,quick and accurate for the quality control of extractum of effervescent tablet of Isatis indigotica fort.
