为研究环境温度对车载LNG低温绝热气瓶静态日蒸发率的影响,以450 L标准高真空多层绝热气瓶为例,采用液氮(LN2)作为工质,进行了一系列LN2日蒸发率试验,然后通过理论分析与实验测定,给出了静态日蒸发率与环境温度之间的关系,指出环境温度对车载LNG低温绝热气瓶静态日蒸发率的影响是明显的,该结论为降低低温容器蒸发率提供了参考方法和依据。

In order to investigate the effect of ambient temperature on the evaporation rate of cryogenic insulation cylinder,this paper carries out a series tests on the daily evaporation rate of liquid nitrogen (LN2) taking the 450 L standard high-vacuum multilayer insulation cylinder as an example and the liquid nitrogen (LN2) as the working medium, and then through the theoretical analysis and experimental determination, gives the relation between the static daily evaporation rate and the ambient temperature, and points out that the influence of the ambient temperature on the static daily evaporation rate of the cryogenic insulation cylinder of LNG vehicle is obvious, which provides the reference method and basis for reducing the evaporation rate of cryogenic vessels.
