建设场地征用及清理费是输变电工程造价变更的主要因素之一。对2012年至2013年上半年完成工程结算的变电站及输电线路工程建设场地征用及清理费结算费用与批复概算费用进行了对比分析，确定了关键费用，并对其控制情况进行研究，提出了相关建议。

The expropriation fee and cleaning up fee are the one of the main factors for the cost changes of the power transmission and transformation project. This paper makes a comparative analysis on the closing cost of the expropriation fee and cleaning up fee of the substation and power transmission line project in the period from 2012 to the first half of 2013 with the approved budgetary estimate cost, determines the key cost, studies the situation of its control, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
