为探究普安银鲫( Carassius auratus)胚胎发育中脂质代谢中脂蛋白脂酶( LPL)、肝脂酶( HL)和总脂酶( TL)比活力与全活力变化及葡萄糖对它们的影响,采用正常组和葡萄糖浸泡实验组进行普安银鲫胚胎孵化试验,并测定LPL、 HL在不同发育阶段的酶活特点。结果显示:(1)胚胎中LPL、 HL和TL比活力与全活力比成熟卵中高。(2)在整个胚胎发育过程中, LPL、 HL和TL比活力与全活力随发育呈上升趋势,发育至原肠中期时, LPL和HL的比活力与全活力明显升高,出膜前期时两种脂酶比活力与全活力达到最高。(3)15 g/L葡萄糖溶液浸泡能提高普安银鲫胚胎发育过程中LPL、 HL和TL比活力与全活力。研究表明:(1) LPL和HL在分解脂质中起着重要作用,为普安银鲫胚胎细胞分化、器官形成及发育提供能量。(2)葡萄糖能促进普安银鲫胚胎发育,且适宜水平的葡萄糖可以通过调节脂类代谢酶的活性来维持机体内脂质代谢的动态平衡。

The experiment was conducted to study the activities of lipoprotein lipase , hepatic lipase and total lipase and effects of glucose on them during embryo development of Carassius auratus.Embryo hatching experiment of C.auratus with control group and experimental group of glucose was carried out.The results showed that: (1) Activities of lipoprotein li-pase, hepatic lipase and total lipase in embryo was higher than mature eggs.(2)During the whole process of embryo devel-opment, the specific acitvity and total activity of lipoprotein lipase , hepatic lipase and total lipase were increasing with em-bryo development.Activities of lipoprotein lipase and hepatic lipase significantly increased in mid-gastrul stage , two lipase enzyme activity reached the highest before hatching -out.(3) Glucose solution (15 g/L) could obviously promote the ac-tivities of lipoprotein lipase , hepatic lipase and total lipase during embryo development of C.auratus.The research showed that: (1) Lipoprotein lipase and hepatic lipase played an important role in decomposing lipid to provide energy for embry -onic cell differentiation, organ formation and development of C.auratus.(2)Glucose could promote embryo development of C.auratus, and appropriate levels of glucose could regulate lipid metabolism enzyme activity to maintain the dynamic bal -ance of lipid metabolism in body.
