以购自武汉市白沙洲水产品批发市场的360尾黄鳝( Monopterus albus)为样本,测定了雌性、间性及雄性个体血清中睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、甲状腺素(T4)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、皮质醇以及血糖水平,并对其变化规律进行了阐述。结果显示:血清T3在不同性别的黄鳝中维持在同一水平, T4与T3的变化趋势一致;黄鳝从雌性过渡到间性时血清T显著下降,从间性过渡到雄性时则显著上升,而E2仅在黄鳝由间性过渡到雄性时才出现显著下降;雌性与间性黄鳝血清皮质醇处于同一水平,均显著高于雄性( P<0.05);血糖在不同性别的黄鳝中也维持在同一水平。结果表明:血清E2与T水平分别与黄鳝卵巢及精巢的发育保持一致;而甲状腺激素及皮质醇则可能通过调节能量代谢或其他途径间接影响黄鳝性腺的发育,且在性腺发育的不同时期这两种激素表现出不同的促进或抑制作用。

In order to study the differences of main sex -related hormones level among different gonad development stages of ricefield eel Monopterus albus, we sampled M.albus from Wuhan Baishazhou Fishery Product Market , and then meas-ured the hormones concentration in serum in different genders including testosterone ( T ) , estradiol ( E2 ) , thyroxine ( T4 ) , triiodothyronine ( T3 ) , cortisol and also blood glucose.The results showed that serum T level firstly significantly dropped when ricefield eel developed from female to intersex , and then significantly increased from intersex to male.While serum E2 level only significantly decreased from intersex to male.Moreover , serum T3 remained the same level among dif-ferent genders , and T4 showed the same change trend as T 3.Serum cortisol level was significantly higher in female and in-tersex than that in male.Blood glucose also showed the same level among different genders.The results indicated that E 2 and T level both positively associated with the development of ovary and testes of M.albus, respectively.While thyroid hormones and cortisol probably indirectly affected gonad development through energy metabolism regulation or other means , and both showed inhibition or enhancement in different gonad development phases.
