目的:分析心脏彩超对先天性心脏病继发孔型房间隔缺损行封堵术介入治疗的临床价值。方法随机选取我院行封堵术介入治疗的先天性心脏病继发孔型房间隔缺损患者128例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后对3天、1个月、3个月、6个月对患者行心脏彩超复查可知,128例先天性心脏病继发孔型房间隔缺损患者中,有125例患者手术均成功,成功率为97.7%。对其进行长达6个月的复查中均未出现脱落、残余血液分流现象。1例患者复查中出现封堵器脱落现象,2例患者因术前对其检测不当,术后出现轻度反流现象。结论心脏彩超对先天性心脏病继发孔型房间隔缺损诊断具有极其重要的决定性价值,可有效提高封堵术介入治疗的成功率,充分保证患者安全。

목적:분석심장채초대선천성심장병계발공형방간격결손행봉도술개입치료적림상개치。방법수궤선취아원행봉도술개입치료적선천성심장병계발공형방간격결손환자128례,대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과술후대3천、1개월、3개월、6개월대환자행심장채초복사가지,128례선천성심장병계발공형방간격결손환자중,유125례환자수술균성공,성공솔위97.7%。대기진행장체6개월적복사중균미출현탈락、잔여혈액분류현상。1례환자복사중출현봉도기탈락현상,2례환자인술전대기검측불당,술후출현경도반류현상。결론심장채초대선천성심장병계발공형방간격결손진단구유겁기중요적결정성개치,가유효제고봉도술개입치료적성공솔,충분보증환자안전。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of echocardiography for transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defect (SASD) in patients with congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 128 randomly selected CHD patients who underwent transcatheter closure of SASD in our hospital. Results The echocardiographic reexaminations at 3 days and 1, 3, and 6 months after operation showed that the operation was successfully finished in 125 (97.7%) of 128 CHD patients with SASD, and occluder falling and residual blood shunting were not found in the 125 cases; among all patients, occluder falling was found in one patient, and two patients had mild blood reflux after operation because of improper examination before operation. Conclusion Echocardiography has a significant decisive value for the diagnosis of SASD in CHD patients, and it can effectively increase the success rate of transcatheter closure and fully ensure the safety of patients.
