目的：观察伊布利特转复房颤、房扑的临床效果。方法选择持续房颤或房扑，且发病时间少于3个月患者11例，给予伊布利特静脉注射，分析房颤、房扑患者静脉注射后的转复效果。结果11例患者9例转复窦性心律，2例未转复，转律有效率为54.55％，显效率为27.27％，且使用伊布利特转律的患者转律时间集中于30～40 min。结论伊布利特转复房颤、房扑具有起效快，成功率高，安全性好的特点。
목적：관찰이포리특전복방전、방복적림상효과。방법선택지속방전혹방복，차발병시간소우3개월환자11례，급여이포리특정맥주사，분석방전、방복환자정맥주사후적전복효과。결과11례환자9례전복두성심률，2례미전복，전률유효솔위54.55％，현효솔위27.27％，차사용이포리특전률적환자전률시간집중우30～40 min。결론이포리특전복방전、방복구유기효쾌，성공솔고，안전성호적특점。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ibutilide in cardioversion of atrial fibrillation ( AF) and atrial flutter ( AFL) .Methods 12 patients with AF and AFL were given intravenous injection of ibutilide and the effect of their cardiover -sion was analyzed .Results 9 patients restored sinus rhythm , and 2 patients failed .Conclusion Ibutilide is characterized by fast effect in cardioversion , high success rate and reliable security .
