目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者胰岛素注射的自我管理现状与护理教育措施。方法：采用自设调查问卷方式对86名老年糖尿病患者进行胰岛素注射相关知识等调查了解自我管理现状与护理教育措施对策。结果：更换部位及摇匀与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)控制有统计学意义，更换针头及捏皮技术与HbA1c控制不相关。结论：完善的护理教育可提高老年患者胰岛素注射的自我管理能力，有助于HbA1c 控制，减少并发症的发生。
목적：탐토노년당뇨병환자이도소주사적자아관리현상여호리교육조시。방법：채용자설조사문권방식대86명노년당뇨병환자진행이도소주사상관지식등조사료해자아관리현상여호리교육조시대책。결과：경환부위급요균여당화혈홍단백(HbA1c)공제유통계학의의，경환침두급날피기술여HbA1c공제불상관。결론：완선적호리교육가제고노년환자이도소주사적자아관리능력，유조우HbA1c 공제，감소병발증적발생。
Objective:To investigate the status of self-management and nursing education initiatives in elderly patients with diabetes insulin injections. Methods: A questionnaire own way on 86 elderly diabetic patients with insulin-related knowledge to investigate and understand the status of self-management and nursing education initiatives countermeasures.Results: Replacement parts and shake and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) control was statistically signiifcant, replacement needles and pinching skin technology and HbA1c control was not relevant. Conclusion:The perfect nursing education can improve insulin injection in elderly patients self-management skills to help HbA1c control, reduce the incidence of complications.
