目的：观察复方制剂缬沙坦/氨氯地平治疗难治性高血压的临床效果。方法：入选难治性高血压患者102例，采取病例自身治疗前后血压进行对照研究，给予患者缬沙坦/氨氯地平85mg/日或170mg/日，早起后口服；每天记录一次血压、心率、临床症状和不良反应等情况；疗程8周；期间4周左右可视血压情况加用其他药物；治疗前后检测血生化、血常规和尿常规等。结果：本组102例难治性高血压患者经治疗后血压达标率达94%，各项生化检查指标无明显改变。结论：复方制剂缬沙坦/氨氯地平是有效治疗难治性高血压的药物。
목적：관찰복방제제힐사탄/안록지평치료난치성고혈압적림상효과。방법：입선난치성고혈압환자102례，채취병례자신치료전후혈압진행대조연구，급여환자힐사탄/안록지평85mg/일혹170mg/일，조기후구복；매천기록일차혈압、심솔、림상증상화불량반응등정황；료정8주；기간4주좌우가시혈압정황가용기타약물；치료전후검측혈생화、혈상규화뇨상규등。결과：본조102례난치성고혈압환자경치료후혈압체표솔체94%，각항생화검사지표무명현개변。결론：복방제제힐사탄/안록지평시유효치료난치성고혈압적약물。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Valsartan/Amlodipine in the treatment of resistant hypertension. Methods:A total of 102 patients with resistant hypertension were included, and the blood pressure before and after treatment were compared. Patients were given valsartan/amlodipine 85mg/day or 170mg/day po, in the morning, and everyday recorded blood pressure, heart rate, clinical symptoms and adverse reaction etc once. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Other medicine can be combined with Valsartan/Amlodipine depend on patients blood pressure in the fourth week. We tested the patients’ Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, blood routine, urine routine and etc before and after treatment. Results:In the 102 patients with resistant hypertension, the target BP goal rate was 94%after treatment, and the biochemical indexes had no obvious change. Conclusion:Valsartan/Amlodipine is effective for the treatment of resistant hypertension.
