目的：探讨颅内转移癌的不同治疗方案及其疗效。方法：回顾分析124例颅内转移癌住院患者的临床资料，124例患者分别选择单纯外科手术治疗(A组)，外科手术配合术后全脑放射治疗(WBRT,B组)以及立体定向分次放射治疗(FSRT)配合WBRT(C组)。评估三种治疗方案在颅内转移癌神经外科治疗中的优劣。结果：B组对A组治疗颅内转移癌在上述三方面均具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)；特定条件下C组对A组治疗颅内转移癌在上述三方面也具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：对于新发，直径大于3cm，周边水肿，占位效应明显的颅内转移癌病灶手术切除，术后WBRT效果好；对直径不超过3cm的单发颅内转移癌病灶，占位效应轻微或不明显，可以行FSRT辅助WBRT。
목적：탐토로내전이암적불동치료방안급기료효。방법：회고분석124례로내전이암주원환자적림상자료，124례환자분별선택단순외과수술치료(A조)，외과수술배합술후전뇌방사치료(WBRT,B조)이급입체정향분차방사치료(FSRT)배합WBRT(C조)。평고삼충치료방안재로내전이암신경외과치료중적우렬。결과：B조대A조치료로내전이암재상술삼방면균구유현저통계학차이(P<0.05)；특정조건하C조대A조치료로내전이암재상술삼방면야구유명현통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론：대우신발，직경대우3cm，주변수종，점위효응명현적로내전이암병조수술절제，술후WBRT효과호；대직경불초과3cm적단발로내전이암병조，점위효응경미혹불명현，가이행FSRT보조WBRT。
Objective: To explore Discussion of intracranial metastases and efficacy of different treatment options.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 124 cases of hospitalized patients with intracranial metastases, 124 patients were selected surgical treatment alone (A group), surgery with postoperative whole brain radiation therapy (WBRT, group B) and FSRT with WBRT (group C). Assess the pros and cons of three treatment regimens in the treatment of brain metastases in neurosurgery. Results:Group B to Group A treatment of intracranial metastases in the above three areas were signiifcant statistical difference(P<0.05);under certain conditions set C for the treatment of intracranial metastases in group A in the above three areas also have signiifcant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions:For new development, diameter greater than 3cm, peripheral edema, intracranial mass effect evident metastatic lesion resection, postoperative WBRT good effect;less than 3cm in diameter solitary brain metastasis cancer lesions, minor or no mass effect obviously, you can line FSRT auxiliary WBRT.
