中放废液罐车为货包式装置，具有对废液接收、转运和暂存的功能。装置配备有真空、压空系统，液位测量、泄漏报警系统，气体净化系统，搅拌系统以及自控系统等，通过真空抽吸方式实现中放废液的装卸。本工作通过对系统方案分析发现其存在的不足，对接口系统、装卸料和冲洗系统及牵引系统进行了改进，并进行了试验验证。试验结果表明，改进后的运输系统能更好地满足中国原子能科学研究院的实际需求。
중방폐액관차위화포식장치，구유대폐액접수、전운화잠존적공능。장치배비유진공、압공계통，액위측량、설루보경계통，기체정화계통，교반계통이급자공계통등，통과진공추흡방식실현중방폐액적장사。본공작통과대계통방안분석발현기존재적불족，대접구계통、장사료화충세계통급견인계통진행료개진，병진행료시험험증。시험결과표명，개진후적운수계통능경호지만족중국원자능과학연구원적실제수구。
The tank container for intermediate level liquid waste (ILW ) is a package type device ,w hich has the functions of receiving ,transportation and temporary storage for ILW .The vacuum ,pressure ,liquid level monitoring ,leakage alarm ,off-gas purifi-cation ,stir and programmable logic controller systems were equipped in the device . Loading and unloading of ILW were realized through vacuum system .The primary de-sign of the system was analyzed and some shortcomings were referred in this paper .The interface system ,loading/unloading and flushing system ,and the tractor system were improved and verified through test .The test results show that the tank container sys-tem after improved can well meet the requirement of China Institute of Atomic Energy .
