In this paper, with the applied IOT technology specialty as the example, we analyzed and compared the curricular system of the specialty in middle and higher vocational education, pointed out the issues in the transition between the two, and at the end, presented the basic line of thinking, curricular framework and method of realization of the transition course of the specialty.
