首先阐述了供应链金融的内涵及其特点，接着重点分析了物流企业供应链金融运作模式及其战略杠杆价值，对比分析了供应链金融与传统供应链融资的差别，指出了供应链金融作为一种金融创新对物流企业发展的作用机制，以实例解析了供应链金融的业务运作流程，最后对物流企业在供应链金融业务中所面临的风险进行了分析并给出了相关的防范和规避建议。

In this paper, we first introduced the connotation and characteristics of supply chain financing, then focused on the operational modes of the supply chain financing process of logistics enterprises and their value as strategic leverage, compared the supply chain financing modes with other traditional financing practices and analyzed the business process of supply chain financing in connection with a practical example. At the end, we presented the measures for preventing the risks encountered in the supply chain financing businesses.
