结合社会生态文明建设中循环物流发展问题,从循环经济、环境友好和资源节约三个角度挖掘隐性因子指标,系统研究了循环物流系统绩效评价指标体系并确定指标权重;采用Topsis分析法建模的实现过程,找出了循环物流系统状态及问题,提出了绩效改进思路,以验证评价指标体系的合理性和评价方法的可行性。模型校验结果表明,对提高物流活动的经济效益,减少物流活动对环境的破坏,减少自然资源的消耗,建立符合循环经济理念的新型物流体系,实现经济的可持续发展有着重要的意义。

In this paper, in view of the issues in the circular development of the logistics industry, we explored the latent factors and indexes influencing such development from the angles of circular economy, environment friendliness and resource conservation, and studied systematically the performance evaluation index system of the circular logistics systems and determined the weight of the indexes;next, we used the TOPSIS method to realize the modeling process, identified the status of the circular logistics system as well as the existing issues and proposed the lines of thinking for its improvement. At the end, through a test, we demonstrated the effectiveness of the system in supporting the sustainable development of the economy.
