首先分析了铁路集装箱的现状和铁路集装箱货运的运营特征，一方面说明了发展铁路集装箱的重要性，一方面引入了容量控制的概念。其次将铁路集装箱货运与容量控制理论相结合，对铁路集装箱收容量控制进行概述，介绍了Littlewood准则。最后以增加铁路集装箱货运收益为目的，对集装箱箱位进行容量控制，提出容量控制模型，并以“成渝快运”班列为算例，通过容量控制确定折扣价和全价的箱位数，讨论容量控制对铁路集装箱收益的影响。

In this paper, we first analyzed the current status and operational characteristics of the railway container transportation, illustrating the importance in developing the transportation practice while introducing the concept of capacity control. Next we summarized the capacity control in the railway container transportation processes and introduced the Littlewood principle. At the end, we proposed the capacity control model and investigated the influence of capacity control on the revenue of the transportation practice in connection with a numerical example.
