目的：探讨回肠造口专科护理干预对改善患者生活质量的作用。方法永久性回肠造口患者120例，随机分为观察组与对照组各60例，对照组由责任护士对患者进行造口健康宣教和护理指导。观察组由造口专科护士采用一对一的方式对研究对象进行个体化指导，干预周期为3个月。结果干预后，观察组在生活自理、造口自理、造口康复比率、健康知识知晓度评分[（14．66±0．53） vs （9．43±0．55）]、生活质量评分上均明显高于对照组，两组干预后焦虑抑郁评分均下降，但观察组评分明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论专科护理干预有助于降低回肠造口患者的焦虑抑郁状况，改善预后。
목적：탐토회장조구전과호리간예대개선환자생활질량적작용。방법영구성회장조구환자120례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조각60례，대조조유책임호사대환자진행조구건강선교화호리지도。관찰조유조구전과호사채용일대일적방식대연구대상진행개체화지도，간예주기위3개월。결과간예후，관찰조재생활자리、조구자리、조구강복비솔、건강지식지효도평분[（14．66±0．53） vs （9．43±0．55）]、생활질량평분상균명현고우대조조，량조간예후초필억욱평분균하강，단관찰조평분명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론전과호리간예유조우강저회장조구환자적초필억욱상황，개선예후。
Objective To study the effects of nursing intervention by the nurse of colostomy specialty on patients with leostomy combined with stress reaction .Methods 120 patients with permanent ileostomy were divided into observation group and control group with 60 patients each group by the different content of intervention .Control group were educated of ileostomy and nursing direction by primary nurse.Observation group were educated of personal direction one by one from the nurse of colostomy specialty .The interven-tion period was 3 months.Results After intervention, the ability of daily life, colostomy care, the recovery rate of colostomy , the score of awareness rate of health , the quality of life in observation group were obviously better than in control group .The anxious and depressive grades in two groups were all reduced , but in the observation group was lower than in control group obviously .The difference in anxious and depressive grades between and inner groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions A lot of patients with ileostomy have anxiety-depression.Nursing intervention by the nurse of colostomy specialty can help to reduce the symptom of anx -iety-depression, improve prognosis and quality of life .
