目的：比较肺癌伴骨转移单纯化疗与化疗结合局部普通放疗的疗效及不良反应。方法对100例肺癌伴骨转移患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，按照治疗方法，分为对照组与观察组。对照组进行单纯化疗，观察组进行化疗结合局部普通放疗。结果2组患者的骨转移局部控制率对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），而2组不良反应发生率、止痛有效率对比，差异不具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论化疗结合局部普通放疗治疗肺癌伴骨转移，与单纯化疗相比，更能提高骨转移病灶的疗效，而不良反应亦相对增加，但均能耐受。
목적：비교폐암반골전이단순화료여화료결합국부보통방료적료효급불량반응。방법대100례폐암반골전이환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，안조치료방법，분위대조조여관찰조。대조조진행단순화료，관찰조진행화료결합국부보통방료。결과2조환자적골전이국부공제솔대비，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05），이2조불량반응발생솔、지통유효솔대비，차이불구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론화료결합국부보통방료치료폐암반골전이，여단순화료상비，경능제고골전이병조적료효，이불량반응역상대증가，단균능내수。
Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicities of single chemotherapy and chemotherapy combined with local general radiotherapy for lung cancer patients with bone metastases .Methods Clinical data of 100 lung cancer patients with bone metastases were retrospectively reviewed .All patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment method,each with 50 cases.The control group were treated by single chemotherapy ,and the observation group were treated by chemotherapy combined with local general radiotherapy .Results The difference of local control rates of bone me-tastases of the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference of adverse reactions and analgesic efficient rates of the 2 groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with local general radiotherapy for lung cancer patients with bone metastases can improve the efficacy of bone metastatic lesions , and increase adverse reactions which are tolerable .
