目的：探讨卵巢移位对行宫颈癌根治手术治疗的患者卵巢生理功能的影响。方法对接受卵巢移位手术的120例宫颈癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并观察患者接受卵巢移位宫颈癌根治手术后3个月和6个月的卵巢生理功能变化情况。采用统计学软件对所得数据进行分析处理。结果①术后随访6个月，患者均未出现复发或转移情况；②患者围绝经期症状出现程度：轻度108例（90．00％），中度10例（8．33％），重度2例（1．67％）；③卵巢生理功能：患者手术前与手术后3个月、手术后6个月均无明显差异，无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论卵巢移位对宫颈癌根治手术患者术后卵巢生理功能的影响不大，具有可行性与可推广性。

Objective To investigate the effect of ovarian transposition on ovarian physiological function of patients with cervical cancer after radical operation treatment .Methods Clinical data of 120 cervical cancer patients treated with ovarian transposition operation were analyzed retrospectively ,and ovarian physiological function changes of patients 3 months and 6 months after operation were observed .Data were analyzed using statistical analysis software .Results ① The patients were followed up for 6 months without recurrence or metastasis;②Patients with perimenopausal symptoms ,mild degree in 108 cases (90.00%), moderate in 10 cases (8.33%),2 severe cases (1.67%);③ ovarian physiological function of patients before operation and 3 months,6 months after the operation had no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Ovarian transposition has little effect on the ovarian physiological function of cervical carcinoma patients after radical surgery ,it is feasible and worthy of promotion .
