目的：探究晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者的预后状况。方法回顾56例晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者的临床资料，分析影响预后的因素。结果随访至2013年7月，生存率为50．00％，中位总生存期为27．35个月。经单因素筛选及多因素回归分析后，化疗效果、复发年龄及一线化疗等是影响晚期TNBC患者预后的独立危险因素（P＜0．05）。结论晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者的预后状况较差，与疗效、复发年龄及化疗等因素密切相关，适当的化疗有利于患者预后的改善。

목적：탐구만기삼음성유선암환자적예후상황。방법회고56례만기삼음성유선암환자적림상자료，분석영향예후적인소。결과수방지2013년7월，생존솔위50．00％，중위총생존기위27．35개월。경단인소사선급다인소회귀분석후，화료효과、복발년령급일선화료등시영향만기TNBC환자예후적독립위험인소（P＜0．05）。결론만기삼음성유선암환자적예후상황교차，여료효、복발년령급화료등인소밀절상관，괄당적화료유리우환자예후적개선。
Objective To investigate the prognosis and its influence factors of patients with advanced triple negative breast cancer .Methods Clinical data of 56 patients with advanced triple negative breast cancer were reviewed ,and its influence factors were analyzed.Results By July 2013,the survival rate was 50.00%,with a median overall survival of 27.35 months.Lo-gistic single factor screening and multi-factor analysis showed that time to recurrence ,first-line chemotherapy and efficacy were the independent risk factors for prognosis in patients with advanced triple negative breast cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion The prog-nosis of patients with advanced triple negative breast cancer is poor , and is closely related to the time to recurrence , first-line chemotherapy and efficacy .Proper chemotherapy can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients .
