目的：探讨影响原发性肝癌患者手术治疗后生存状况的因素。方法选取2006年2月-2008年2月肝癌患者共100例，筛选出影响其生存状况的因素。结果肿瘤大小、血管侵犯、术前甲胎蛋白、手术前后甲胎蛋白、辅助治疗、肝硬化与原发性肝癌患者的预后有密切的关系；Cox模型分析结果显示血管侵犯、肝硬化和手术前后甲胎蛋白变化为影响原发性肝癌患者术后生存率的独立因素。结论原发性肝癌的预后是由多个因素来决定的，而血管侵犯、肝硬化以及手术前后甲胎蛋白变化为影响原发性肝癌预后的最重要因素。
목적：탐토영향원발성간암환자수술치료후생존상황적인소。방법선취2006년2월-2008년2월간암환자공100례，사선출영향기생존상황적인소。결과종류대소、혈관침범、술전갑태단백、수술전후갑태단백、보조치료、간경화여원발성간암환자적예후유밀절적관계；Cox모형분석결과현시혈관침범、간경화화수술전후갑태단백변화위영향원발성간암환자술후생존솔적독립인소。결론원발성간암적예후시유다개인소래결정적，이혈관침범、간경화이급수술전후갑태단백변화위영향원발성간암예후적최중요인소。
Objective To study factors influencing the survival of PHC patients after operative treatment .Methods Factors influencing the survival of 100 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) patients were studied.Results Tumor size, vascular invasion , preoperative AFP , perioperative AFP , adjunctive therapy and cirrhosis were closely related to prognosis .Cox model analysis showed that vascular invasion , cirrhosis and perioperative AFP were independent influencing factors influencing postoperative survival rate .Conclusion The prognosis of PHC is affected by many factors .The vascular invasion ,cirrhosis and perioperative AFP are important influencing factors of prognosis .
