目的:评价晚期胃癌患者外周血中的TS (胸腺合成酶)以及DPD (二氢嘧啶脱氢酶) mRNA的表达对替吉奥化疗疗效的预测作用。方法应用替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌患者34例,对患者外周血中的TS mRNA以及DPD mRNA的表达情况进行检测,并与化疗效果之间的关系进行评价。结果替吉奥治疗有效患者的TS mRNA值为(1.57±0.31),无效患者的TS mRNA值为(2.83±0.43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);替吉奥治疗有效患者的DPD mRNA值为(1.15±0.37),无效患者的DPD mRNA值为(0.98±0.22),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周血中TS mR-NA低表达的患者对口服替吉奥化疗的敏感性高,疗效较好,但口服替吉奥化疗的疗效与外周血中DPD mRNA的表达情况无显著相关。

목적:평개만기위암환자외주혈중적TS (흉선합성매)이급DPD (이경밀정탈경매) mRNA적표체대체길오화료료효적예측작용。방법응용체길오치료만기위암환자34례,대환자외주혈중적TS mRNA이급DPD mRNA적표체정황진행검측,병여화료효과지간적관계진행평개。결과체길오치료유효환자적TS mRNA치위(1.57±0.31),무효환자적TS mRNA치위(2.83±0.43),차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);체길오치료유효환자적DPD mRNA치위(1.15±0.37),무효환자적DPD mRNA치위(0.98±0.22),차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론외주혈중TS mR-NA저표체적환자대구복체길오화료적민감성고,료효교호,단구복체길오화료적료효여외주혈중DPD mRNA적표체정황무현저상관。
Objective To evaluated the prediction of TS and DPD mRNA in peripheral blood on the effect of S -1 for ad-vanced gastric cancer .Methods Expression of TS and DPD mRNA in peripheral blood of 34 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients treated with S-1 were detected ,and its relationship with effectiveness of chemotherapy were evaluated .Results The val-ue of TS mRNA in patients who were effectively treated with S-1 was (1.57 ±0.31),the value of TS mRNA in patients with inva-lid effect after treated with S-1 was (2.83 ±0.43).The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The value of DPD mR-NA in patients with invalid effect after treated with S-1 was(1.15 ±0.37),the value of DPD mRNA in patients with invalid effect after treated with S-1 was(0.98 ±0.22).The difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Low TS mRNA expression in peripheral blood has high sensitivity after oral S-1 chemotherapy and the curative effect is better .But there is no sig-nificant correlation between oral S-1 chemotherapy and the expression of DPD mRNA in peripheral blood .
