以花生幼叶为试材，对高通量DNA提取法、SDS简易法、TPS法以及TENP法4种不同的DNA提取方法进行比较和优化。结果表明，与其他3种改良方法比较，改良TPS法具有不需液氮磨样、提取速度快、试剂种类少、成本低、DNA溶解速度快、质量较好的优点，提取的DNA可用于花生SSR分析。

With the young leaves of peanut as experiment material , four different DNA extraction meth-ods, the high-throughput DNA extraction method, the simple SDS method, TPS method and TENP method, were compared and optimized .The results showed that , compared with the other improved methods , the im-proved TPS method had the advantages of grinding samples with no liquid nitrogen , faster extraction rate , fe-wer kinds of reagent , lower cost, rapider DNA solution rate and better DNA quality .The DNA extracted through improved TPS method could be used for SSR analysis of peanut .
