目的:本动物实验采用家兔股骨髁骨缺损动物模型,观察一种生物活性玻璃及固骼生(NovaBone)对骨凹槽损型伤口的修复作用及生物相容性,该生物材料填充后伤口,终可修复为骨的结构,避免第二次手术。方法:64只家兔随机分为4组,分别为术后4w、8w、12w、24w组,每组16只动物。手术复制股骨髁骨缺损模型,左侧用某公司生物活性玻璃填充骨缺损,右侧用对照品固骼生填充骨缺损,术后取股骨标本进行X线摄片和组织学观察。结果:术后各组动物生命体征平稳,正常进食、活动,1w内所有动物能够站立行走,恢复良好;X线摄片显示术后12 w植入材料降解、新骨生成明显,骨塑形基本完成,术后24 w完全愈合,膏状和块状材料促进骨愈合作用无明显差异。结论:该生物活性玻璃可有效促进新骨生长,具有良好的的骨修复作用,特别对凹槽型伤口具有很好的填充作用;且具有良好的生物相容性。

목적:본동물실험채용가토고골과골결손동물모형,관찰일충생물활성파리급고격생(NovaBone)대골요조손형상구적수복작용급생물상용성,해생물재료전충후상구,종가수복위골적결구,피면제이차수술。방법:64지가토수궤분위4조,분별위술후4w、8w、12w、24w조,매조16지동물。수술복제고골과골결손모형,좌측용모공사생물활성파리전충골결손,우측용대조품고격생전충골결손,술후취고골표본진행X선섭편화조직학관찰。결과:술후각조동물생명체정평은,정상진식、활동,1w내소유동물능구참립행주,회복량호;X선섭편현시술후12 w식입재료강해、신골생성명현,골소형기본완성,술후24 w완전유합,고상화괴상재료촉진골유합작용무명현차이。결론:해생물활성파리가유효촉진신골생장,구유량호적적골수복작용,특별대요조형상구구유흔호적전충작용;차구유량호적생물상용성。
Objective:to observe the compatibility and biological repair of a kind bioglass and NovaBone on rabbits femoral condyle bone defect.Methods:64 rabbits are randomly al o-cate to postoperative 4W,8W,12W,24W groups,16 rabbits/group.Each of rabbits was made of models with femoral condyle bone defect,left part is fil ed with Dikang bioglass,and right part with NovaBone as controls,drawing blood at corresponding time point after operations,then having X-ray and observing the pathohistology of femur.Results:After operations,al groups have stable vital signs,regular food and doings,al can stand walk within one week and recover wel;X-rays detect show implant material biodegraded and have obvious osteogenesis,bone devel-oped in the main 12 weeks afteroperation,pasty and massive materials have no dif erence in promoting healing of the bone 24 weeks afteroperation.Conclusions:The bioglass promotes osteogene-sis ef ectively,and shows a good ef ect in bone restoration and has wel biological compatibility.
