目的:调查苏北地区精神科年轻护士职业价值观现状,分析影响苏北地区精神科年轻护士职业价值观的因素,为精神科护理管理者提供科学管理的依据。方法采用问卷调查的形式,对工作1~10年内的精神科护士发放护士价值观量表-修订版( NPVS-R 26个条目、4个维度),并对结果进行分析。结果苏北地区精神科年轻护士职业价值观总分为(3.71±0.58),处于中等偏高水平,其中4个维度分从高到低分别为:信任(3.97±0.71),照顾提供(3.75±0.67),责任、自由、安全(3.68±0.62),行动主义(3.43±0.62),一般资料中,学历是影响苏北地区精神科年轻护士的主要因素。结论大专以上学历的精神科年轻护士职业价值观普遍低于中专学历的护士,提示护理管理者应重视对精神科大专以上学历护士职业价值观的培养及教育。

Objective To investigate the professional values of the young psychiatric nurse in north Jiangsu area and analyze the influencing factors to provide the scientific basis for psychiatric nursing managers.Methods The questionnaire was used and Nursing Profes-sional Values Scale-R was distributed for the psychiatric nurses who had worked between 1 and 10 years.The result was analyzed .Results The total score of the professional values of the young psychiatric nurses in north Jiangsu area was 3.71 ±0.58 in the medium to high lev-el.The four dimensions of all from high to low respectively was Trust (3.97 ±0.71), care and provid (3.75 ±0.67), responsibility, free-dom, safety (3.68 ±0.62), activism (3.43 ±0.62) .In general material, the major impact on the level of professional values was the ed-ucation of the young nurse in north Jiangsu area.Conclusions The professional values of the young nurse with college degree or above is commonly lower than those with secondary education , it is said that nursing managers should pay more attention to the education and training of professional values for those nurse with college degree or above.
