目的：探讨制定规范化层级培训手册在手术室护士培训中的应用。方法制定手术室规范《层级培训手册》，人手一册，针对不同培训对象制定规范化层级培训计划，并按计划在不同层级护士培训中实施。结果经过规范化层级培训的手术室护士，各层级护士的手术配合、应急处理能力、综合素质方面均有明显提高。理论知识掌握更全面，医生对护士工作满意度也明显提高。结论制定规范化层级培训手册在手术室护士培训中应用效果好，实用性强，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of the standardization level training booklet in the training for the operating room nurses.Methods A"standardization level training manual"was formulated according to different level of nurses and distributed to each one for implementation.Results The operative cooperation , emergency handling capacity and overall quality were significantly improved after a standardization level training.Theoretical knowledge were more comprehensive , doctors were more satisfied with the nurses job.Conclusions The application effects of the standardization level training booklet for the operating room nurses are very good .It has strong practicability , and is worthy of spreading in clinic.
