目的：探讨非语言沟通在危重患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2012年8月至2013年2月收治的80例危重患者，平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上加强非语言沟通，比较两组的护理效果及护理满意度。结果观察组的有效沟通率显著高于对照组，治疗配合度显著高于对照组，焦虑程度显著低于对照组，治疗效果显著高于对照组，住ICU时间显著短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组在服务态度、心理护理、健康宣教、护理操作方面的评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论非语言沟通是人性化护理的重要体现，其尊重了人的本质，提高了沟通效果，满足了危重患者的身心需要。

Objective To investigate the application effects of non language communication in humanistic nursing for the critical patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of critically patients in our hospital from 2012 August to 2013 February were divided into the observa-tion group and the control group , 40 cases in each group , the control group was received routine nursing care , the observation group was strengthened non language communication based on the control group , nursing effects and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective communication in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group , treatment com-pliance was significantly higher than that in the control group , the anxiety level was significantly lower than that in the control group , treat-ment effects was significantly higher than that in the control group , with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Nursing satisfaction in the serv-ice attitude, psychological nursing, health education, nursing operation scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group , with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Non language communication is an important manifestation of hu-manistic nursing , it respects for human nature , it can improve the communication effects , meet the physical and mental needs of critically pa-tients.
