目的:观察朱日很滴丸是否对垂体后叶素诱导的大鼠急性心肌缺血有保护作用。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,丹参滴丸阳性对照组,朱日很滴丸高、中、低剂量组,连续给药10 d ,采用大鼠颈静脉注射垂体后叶素注射液(3.75 mg/kg )造成急性心肌缺血模型,记录各组大鼠给予垂体后叶素前后的心电图变化,同时测定血清及心脏组织匀浆上清液的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)含量。结果朱日很滴丸能够显著增加垂体后叶素引起的5 s时心率的降低,300 s时T波幅度的降低;300,1500 mg/kg朱日很滴丸能显著降低模型大鼠ΔST变化幅度;低、中、高剂量组无明显的量效关系;各组大鼠血清、心脏组织匀浆CK、LDH含量没有显著差异。结论朱日很滴丸能显著改善急性心肌缺血大鼠的心电图异常,量效关系不明显。
目的:觀察硃日很滴汍是否對垂體後葉素誘導的大鼠急性心肌缺血有保護作用。方法將大鼠隨機分為正常對照組,模型組,丹參滴汍暘性對照組,硃日很滴汍高、中、低劑量組,連續給藥10 d ,採用大鼠頸靜脈註射垂體後葉素註射液(3.75 mg/kg )造成急性心肌缺血模型,記錄各組大鼠給予垂體後葉素前後的心電圖變化,同時測定血清及心髒組織勻漿上清液的乳痠脫氫酶(LDH)、肌痠激酶(CK)含量。結果硃日很滴汍能夠顯著增加垂體後葉素引起的5 s時心率的降低,300 s時T波幅度的降低;300,1500 mg/kg硃日很滴汍能顯著降低模型大鼠ΔST變化幅度;低、中、高劑量組無明顯的量效關繫;各組大鼠血清、心髒組織勻漿CK、LDH含量沒有顯著差異。結論硃日很滴汍能顯著改善急性心肌缺血大鼠的心電圖異常,量效關繫不明顯。
목적:관찰주일흔적환시부대수체후협소유도적대서급성심기결혈유보호작용。방법장대서수궤분위정상대조조,모형조,단삼적환양성대조조,주일흔적환고、중、저제량조,련속급약10 d ,채용대서경정맥주사수체후협소주사액(3.75 mg/kg )조성급성심기결혈모형,기록각조대서급여수체후협소전후적심전도변화,동시측정혈청급심장조직균장상청액적유산탈경매(LDH)、기산격매(CK)함량。결과주일흔적환능구현저증가수체후협소인기적5 s시심솔적강저,300 s시T파폭도적강저;300,1500 mg/kg주일흔적환능현저강저모형대서ΔST변화폭도;저、중、고제량조무명현적량효관계;각조대서혈청、심장조직균장CK、LDH함량몰유현저차이。결론주일흔적환능현저개선급성심기결혈대서적심전도이상,량효관계불명현。
Objective To investigate whether Zhurihen dripping pills has a protective effect on vasopressin induced myocardial ischemia .Methods The rats were randomly divided into normal control group ,model group , positive control group with compound Danshen dripping pill ,high ,medium and low dose of zhurihen dripping pill group.Administration for 10 days ,the rat were caused acute myocardial ischemia model by injection of vasopressin injection liquid (3 .75 mg/kg) through jugular vein ,the determination of serum ECG changes and lactate dehydro-genase (LDH) ,creatine kinase (CK) levels of heart tissue homogenate were recorded and determined simultane-ously for the rats given vasopressin before and after administration .Results The Zhurihen dripping pill can signif-icantly increase heart rate reduced in 5 s by pituitrin ,the reduction was on the amplitude of T wave in 300 s;300 , 1 500 mg/kg Zhurihen dripping pill can significantly reduce ΔST amplitude of variation in the model rats .No obvi-ous dose effect relationship was not found in the low ,middle and high dose groups .There were no significant difference for serum heart homogenate CK and LDH in each group of rats.Conclusion The zhurihen dripping pill can significantly improve the abnormal ECG of acute myocardial ischemia in rats ,and the dose effect relationship is not obvious.
