目的：探讨预防骨折患者便秘的护理措施。方法对骨折患者及时正确评估引起便秘的危害因素，给予早期心理护理、饮食指导、健康教育，协助生活护理等护理干预措施。结果护理干预后，18例患者发生了便秘，其余患者均未发生便秘。结论预见性护理预防骨折患者便秘有显著效果，可以减少住院时间，提高患者舒适度和满意度。

목적：탐토예방골절환자편비적호리조시。방법대골절환자급시정학평고인기편비적위해인소，급여조기심리호리、음식지도、건강교육，협조생활호리등호리간예조시。결과호리간예후，18례환자발생료편비，기여환자균미발생편비。결론예견성호리예방골절환자편비유현저효과，가이감소주원시간，제고환자서괄도화만의도。
ObjectiveTo investigate the predictive nursing prevention of fractures caused by constipation patients and nursing measures.Methodsthe evaluation of risk factors of constipation due to the timely on fracture patients,early psychological nursing,diet guidance,health education,assist life nursing.Resultsafter the intervention,18 cases occurred in patients with constipation,the other patients were constipation.Conclusionnursing care offractures in patients with constipation have a significant effect,canthe time in hospital birth control patients,improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
