目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对大鼠肢体缺血再灌注后肺组织超微结构的影响。方法将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分成假手术组( A组)、单纯缺血再灌注组( B组)和丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠组(C组)。采用常规法建立大鼠肢体缺血再灌注损伤模型。利用光镜和电镜观察肺组织形态学改变和超微结构改变,利用比色法测定肺组织中MDA、SOD、XOD水平,并进行比较。结果与B组相比,C组肺血管扩张、炎性细胞聚集、组织损伤明显减轻;肺组织MDA、XOD活力明显降低,SOD活力升高。结论丹参酮对肢体缺血再灌注后肺组织结构具有明显的保护作用。

목적:탐토단삼동ⅡA광산납대대서지체결혈재관주후폐조직초미결구적영향。방법장60지웅성SD대서수궤분성가수술조( A조)、단순결혈재관주조( B조)화단삼동ⅡA광산납조(C조)。채용상규법건립대서지체결혈재관주손상모형。이용광경화전경관찰폐조직형태학개변화초미결구개변,이용비색법측정폐조직중MDA、SOD、XOD수평,병진행비교。결과여B조상비,C조폐혈관확장、염성세포취집、조직손상명현감경;폐조직MDA、XOD활력명현강저,SOD활력승고。결론단삼동대지체결혈재관주후폐조직결구구유명현적보호작용。
Objective It is to explore the effect of sodium tanshinone ⅡA silate on ultra-microstructure of lung tissue in rats with limb ischemia-reperfusion injury .Methods 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group ( group A), simple ischemia-reperfusion group (group B) and sodium tanshinone ⅡA silate group (group C).Limb ischemia-reper-fusion injury models of the rats were established by normal method .The histological and ultra-structure changes were observed under light microscope and electron microscope respectively .The levels of MDA , SOD and XOD in lung tissue of every group were determined by colorimetric method .Results Compared with that in group B , pulmonary vascular dilatation , inflammatory cell aggregation and tissue injury were obviously improved in group C , the activities of MDA , XOD were lower and that of SOD was higher in group C .Conclusion Sodium tanshinone IIA silate has an obvious protecting effect on lung tissue structure after limb ischemic-reperfusion .
