目的：探讨心理护理干预对重度烧伤患者生存质量的影响。方法64例重度烧伤患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各32例。对照组予以常规治疗与护理，研究组在常规治疗与护理的同时，增加心理护理。比较两组患者烧伤6个月后简明烧伤量表（BSHS-A）评分。结果研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会关系、一般健康状况及生存质量总评分均较对照组高（P<0.05）。结论全程心理护理可以提高重度烧伤患者的生存质量，改善预后。
목적：탐토심리호리간예대중도소상환자생존질량적영향。방법64례중도소상환자수궤분위연구조화대조조，각32례。대조조여이상규치료여호리，연구조재상규치료여호리적동시，증가심리호리。비교량조환자소상6개월후간명소상량표（BSHS-A）평분。결과연구조구체공능、심리공능、사회관계、일반건강상황급생존질량총평분균교대조조고（P<0.05）。결론전정심리호리가이제고중도소상환자적생존질량，개선예후。
Objective To explore the psychological nursing effects on severe burn patients' quality of life. Methods 64 severe burn pa-tients randomly divided into 2 groups, each 32. The control group were treated with routine treatment and nursing, while the experi-mental group added psychological nursing. Results 6 months later, the BSHS-A score of the experimental group were better than the control group on every dimension(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous psychological nursing can improve severe burn patients' quality of life and improve the prognosis.
