Objective To iscuss the effect on two kinds of treatment methods in the application of pulling a postoperative wound dress-ing. Methods 86 cases of postoperative patients were randomly divided into observation group 43 patients and control group 43 cases, with control group using traditional dressing methods, while observation group by extending a postoperative patient pull the bandage to 48~60 hours for the first time, and leave when dressing for the first time a layer 2 cm×2 cm vaseline gauze, and a week or so make it fall off in an 0.02% PP liquid such as dressing processing. Then they were observed and compared whether the two groups in a postoperative dressing again pull pain, bleeding and the number of wound dressing, wound healing time. Results When the dressing change again pain, bleeding, and number of the wound dressing, wound healing time in observation group were better than those in control group, with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion It can help ease the pain of patients, and promote wound healing, when using targeted treatment processing to pull out a postoperative patients.
